Protect Your Rights – Project 12*12*12

Protection of our Second Amendment rights is more important than ever, especially with the 2012 presidential election fast approaching.  While I try to keep my political opinions to myself, I also believe it’s important to stand up for what I believe in.  Protecting the gun rights of law abiding citizens is something I believe in, and I’m not afraid to stand my ground.

Larry & Brenda Potterfield, founders of MidwayUSA in Columbia, MO, recently announced Project 12*12*12, a unique program that was created to raise money for the National Endowment for the Protection of the Second Amendment.  What’s really cool – for each donation made (up to $100 per order) – The Potterfield Family & MidwayUSA will match your donation. Launched earlier this week, so far over $700 in donations has been collected.  For more information on Project 12*12*12, visit their website

Other organizations are also fighting to protect our gun rights too.  Visit The Heller Foundation website or the National Rifle Association website for more information.

Protection of our rights isn’t only important for our generation, it’s important for future generations as well.

If you’re in Pittsburgh this weekend, be sure to stop by the annual NRA Annual Meetingat the David L. Lawrence convention center.  You won’t be sorry!  Over 500 booths of guns, gear, and GREAT people!

One Response to Protect Your Rights – Project 12*12*12

  1. Is there any other family in the U.S. so generous to Second Amendment issues than the Potterfields? Kudos to them for consistently stepping up to the plate and putting their money where their passions lie.
