Think Pink

I don’t have to tell you, October is Breast Cancer awareness month.  It also makes me think about the first time I ever wore pink as an adult (when I was pregnant and it was a pink & white polka dot shirt) and how much I love pink now.  Sure, I get picked on by the guys at the range for wearing certain things that are pink and maybe they also pick on me a little bit for matching….but I have to say that Browning has some pretty cute shooting accessories. Check out all my pink purchases:

Now, I don’t have the gloves, because I just saw them online the other day, but I will soon.  I have the vest and it’s comfortable and cute!  To add to my collection of Pink shooting supplies, I also have a Pink Camo Shotgun/Rifle Case and a pink Griptilian from Benchmade.  I don’t care what the boys say, I like my pink products and will continue to add more!

In addition to shooting IPSC and Action Pistol, I also shoot Sporting Clays, or try to at least.  I’m not the best shot at that but it gives me the opportunity to shoot with my coworkers which is a great opportunity to build camaraderie, something everyone needs.

Saturday, October 24th is Make a Difference Day.  If you want to make a difference in the life of someone with Breast Cancer, please visit the Susan G. Komen For the Cure to do just that. You can make a donation, become an advocate, participate in an event and more!
